Integration Services
Key Visual’s operations are comprised of six lines of business:
Integration ServicesOur Integration business consists of specialty system integration services to the End User. Customers in this segment are typically state and local government entities and small to mid-sized commercial companies. Services include CCTV, Access Control, Intercom and Security Systems. Key Visual delivers Design, Integration, Installation, Commissioning, Testing, End User Training and Operation and Maintenance Manuals and Drawings.
Key Visual provides installation services to Security Integrators that are over-loaded with sales bookings and understaffed with Installers and Technicians. We maintain a network of resources for use on an “as needed” subcontract basis, thus reducing the burden of obligated payroll. Specialized skill sets are supported by direct employment.
Specific services provided include:
o Wire Routing and Pulling
o Device Installation
o Terminations and Connections
o Acceptance testing
o Progress Monitoring and Photographs
o Integration, Programming and Customer Training, when requested
In most cases under our sub-contract arrangements, the Client (a Security Integrator) provides most of the equipment and materials, while Key Visual provides labor and miscellaneous materials.
Residential
Key Visual provides structured wiring and home automation services, inclusive of products, installation, startup, training and service. We have partnered with homebuilders to offer a range of options to homeowners. We have also built a strong partnership with a broadband provider to offer wireless Internet access services in conjunction with our Home Automation Products and Services. We have specialized in providing customized solutions for remote access to digital surveillance systems through broadband connections.
Our structured wiring
concept uses a building-block principle that allows the customer to easily
expand their options in the future. All services offered, including Lighting
and Heating Control, Security Alarm Systems, Camera Surveillance Systems,
Computer Networking, TV Cabling Distribution, Intercom and Audio Systems are
integrated into a single panel or series of panels, reducing the need to route
additional cable after the home is built.
Service
Our Service business line offers to our Integration and Residential customers a full service periodic maintenance plan. We also market these services to other integrators on a subcontract basis. This includes service of equipment previously installed under our Subcontracted Installation segment. Key Visual also offers service contracts to companies that currently have equipment in place, but do not have specialized maintenance personnel or contracts in place to maintain the systems.
Reseller Program
Key Visual is also a source for a number of high-quality product lines. We have standardized on the components that we install as an integrator, allowing us to be experts on product functionalities, best practices and interfacing. We can also provide peripheral products, such as computer networking equipment, wireless devices and system back-up power equipment.
Central Monitoring
Key Visual provides system monitoring services through a partnership with a state-of-the-art UL listed Central Station. Through this partnership with one of the most trusted names in the industry, we can provide our customers with the protection they need, 24X7, at competitive prices.
